Grace joined Access Alliance in early 2014, moving from the University Health Network, where she held various positions over six years in Interpretation and Translation Services, from interpreting to supporting the roll out of over-the-phone interpreting. Grace served on the Board of Directors of Healthcare Interpretation Network, and is currently the Vice President of the Ontario Council on Community Interpreting (OCCI).
